Tracking in OrbisCommerce
All shipments created through OrbisCommerce include a tracking number. Go to Shipments and click any shipment to see the full tracking timeline.
Sharing tracking with buyers
Marketplace orders
For Etsy, eBay, Amazon, and Shopify orders, OrbisCommerce automatically marks the order as shipped and uploads the tracking number to the marketplace when you generate a label. Your buyer receives a shipping notification from the marketplace automatically.
Manual orders
For manually created labels, copy the tracking number from the Shipments page and send it to your buyer directly.

What to do if tracking stops updating
Tracking events can pause for 2–3 days during customs clearance — this is normal for international shipments. If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact our support team with your tracking number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
