Connecting Amazon

Sync Amazon orders and fulfill them through OrbisCommerce.

Connecting Amazon

  1. Go to Integrations → Amazon
  2. Click Connect Amazon Store
  3. Select your marketplace region (US, UK, EU, etc.)
  4. Sign in to Seller Central and grant access via Amazon SP-API
  5. Your store is connected and orders begin syncing

  • Amazon.com (US)
  • Amazon.co.uk (UK)
  • Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.it, Amazon.es (EU)
  • Amazon.ca (Canada)
  • Amazon.com.tr (Turkey)

FBM orders only

OrbisCommerce syncs Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) orders only. FBA orders are fulfilled by Amazon's warehouse network and do not require labels from OrbisCommerce.

Buy Shipping compliance

OrbisCommerce is an approved Amazon Buy Shipping partner. Labels generated through OrbisCommerce for Amazon orders are eligible for Amazon's A-to-Z Guarantee protection on shipping-related claims.

Tracking upload

When you generate a label for an Amazon FBM order, OrbisCommerce uploads the carrier and tracking number to Seller Central automatically. The order status updates to Shipped within a few minutes.

Late shipment rate

Generating labels promptly through OrbisCommerce helps maintain a healthy Late Shipment Rate (LSR). Labels are considered "confirmed" as soon as they are generated — even before the carrier scans the package.
