Manage your profile, notifications, and team members.

Profile settings

Go to Settings → Profile to update your name, email, and password. To change your email, a confirmation link is sent to both your old and new address before the change takes effect.

Notifications

Under Settings → Notifications configure email alerts for:

  • Label generation confirmations
  • Shipment delivered events
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Billing receipts

Team members

On Business and Enterprise plans, invite team members under Settings → Team. Each member gets their own login with one of three roles:

AdminFull access including billing
ShipperCreate and void labels, view orders
ViewerRead-only access to shipments and reports

Two-factor authentication

Enable 2FA under Settings → Security. OrbisCommerce supports authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy) and SMS.
