Weight and size limits
- Maximum weight: 70 kg per piece
- Maximum dimensions: 120 × 80 × 80 cm
- Maximum combined (L + 2W + 2H): 300 cm
DHL tracking
Once your label is generated, a tracking number starting with a 10-digit code is assigned. Track at dhl.com/tracking or directly in your OrbisCommerce dashboard under Shipments.
Customs and DDP
DHL Express supports full Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. When DDP is selected, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and pre-paid — your buyers receive their packages without any surprise fees at the door.

Prohibited items
DHL Express does not accept:
- Cash, negotiable instruments
- Live animals
- Dangerous goods (Class 1–9 unless DHL-approved)
- Perishables without prior arrangement
