Payment Methods

How to add and manage payment methods on your OrbisCommerce account.

Accepted payment methods

OrbisCommerce accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • ACH bank transfer — US bank accounts only (Business and Enterprise plans)
  • Wire transfer — available for invoiced accounts on Enterprise plan

Adding a payment method

  1. Go to Billing → Payment Methods
  2. Click Add Payment Method
  3. Enter your card or bank details
  4. Click Save

Your payment method is encrypted and stored securely via Stripe. OrbisCommerce never stores raw card numbers.

Setting a default payment method

If you have multiple payment methods, click Set as Default next to the one you want used for label charges. All new charges will be applied to the default method.

Removing a payment method

Click Remove next to any saved method. You must have at least one active payment method on your account to generate labels.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, OrbisCommerce will retry the charge after 24 hours. You'll receive an email notification with instructions to update your payment details. Label generation is paused until the balance is cleared.

Prepaid balance

Enterprise accounts can maintain a prepaid balance. Contact sales@orbiscommerce.com to set up a prepaid arrangement.
